By accessing or engaging with OBAOL, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About OBAOL Supreme

OBAOL Supreme operates as a verified agro trade ecosystem supporting real-world agricultural and commodity trade.

OBAOL is not:

  • A marketplace or open listing website
  • A broker or trading counterparty
  • A financial or investment platform
  • A purely software-based SaaS product

OBAOL provides ecosystem access, verification, execution support, and partner-enabled services to support genuine trade activity.

2. Eligibility & Participation

By using OBAOL, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into agreements
  • Information provided by you is accurate and truthful
  • You intend to participate in genuine trade activity

OBAOL reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject participants
  • Request verification information
  • Suspend or restrict access if standards are not met

Participation is based on genuineness and discipline, not payment.

3. Free Ecosystem Access

Access to the OBAOL ecosystem is free.

This includes:

  • Viewing and engaging within the verified ecosystem
  • Participation by approved suppliers, traders, and partners
  • Use of basic engagement and communication features

OBAOL does not charge for:

  • Registration
  • Listings
  • Basic participation
  • Visibility within the ecosystem

4. Execution-Based Engagement

OBAOL may provide execution support when a real trade moves toward completion.

Execution support may include:

  • Trade coordination
  • Verification assistance
  • Procurement support
  • Logistics and packaging partner facilitation
  • Execution continuity and follow-ups

Execution support:

  • Is not automatic
  • Is context-specific
  • Occurs only when trade intent is genuine

Any execution-based engagement will be communicated transparently.
There are no hidden or automatic charges.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

OBAOL does not guarantee:

  • Trade success or completion
  • Profits or margins
  • Price realization
  • Performance of any participant

All commercial decisions, pricing, contracts, and obligations remain solely between the trading parties.

6. Verification & Due Diligence

Verification conducted by OBAOL:

  • Is intended to reduce execution risk
  • Is trade-specific and contextual
  • Does not replace independent due diligence

Verification does not constitute:

  • A guarantee of legitimacy
  • A warranty of performance
  • A substitute for legal or contractual safeguards

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions.

7. Logistics, Packaging & Partner Services

OBAOL works with trusted logistics, packaging, and service partners to support execution where required.

OBAOL:

  • Does not act as a logistics carrier
  • Does not own inventory
  • Does not physically handle goods

Final contracts and operational decisions with service providers remain the responsibility of the trading parties.

8. Use of AI, Automation & Technology

OBAOL uses technology, automation, APIs, and AI-assisted tools to:

  • Improve engagement and coordination
  • Enable automation and scalability
  • Support execution workflows

AI and automation:

  • Do not make autonomous trade decisions
  • Do not determine pricing or outcomes
  • Operate under human oversight

Technology is provided as an enabler, not a decision-maker.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent information
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • Abuse or misuse platform tools
  • Attempt to bypass verification or safeguards
  • Use OBAOL for unlawful purposes

OBAOL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, systems, and materials are the property of OBAOL Supreme or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute content without permission
  • Misuse OBAOL branding or systems

User-generated trade information remains owned by the respective participant.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • OBAOL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • OBAOL is not responsible for third-party actions
  • OBAOL does not assume liability for trade disputes

Your use of OBAOL is at your own risk.

12. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services

OBAOL may:

  • Decline participation in any trade
  • Refuse execution support
  • Suspend or terminate access

This is done to protect ecosystem integrity and participant trust.

13. Modifications to Terms

OBAOL may update these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms will be published on this page.
Continued use of OBAOL constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, unless otherwise required by jurisdiction.

Any disputes shall be subject to applicable legal processes.

Final Note

OBAOL Supreme exists to make agro trade more structured, transparent, and executable.

We support execution —
we do not replace responsibility.
